The Courtyard by Marriott, Chakan branch is hosting the ‘Delicious Asia’ festival from 10th July onwards.
The chef Amit Chakraborti has launched 10 signature dishes for the festival. Of these, around 3 signature dishes will be served everyday apart the other buffet options.

Gaeng Kiew Vegetables
Ma-po Tofu
Sweet and Sour Bamboo Shoot
Non-Vegetarian
Honey and Sesame Tossed Wings
Hot Pot Chicken
Thai Satay
Nasi Goreng
Stir Fry Lamb
Black Bean Fish
Prawn Tempura
Chicken Teriyaki

Being a vegetarian, I tried 3 of the signature dishes.
Gaeng Kiew Vegetables – This was basically a Thai Green Curry done with pokchoy, asparagus and assorted vegetables in a creamy green curry. Excellent flavors in this one. Even my hardcore non-vegetarian buddies were gorging on to this one! Thai Green Curry done well..

MaPo Tofu – Mapo Tofu is a Chinese dish from the Sichuan province. It consists of Tofu based in a reddish gravy, containing soy and oyster mushroom sauce. The one in this festival also contained plenty of corn.

Sweet and Sour Bamboo Shoot – This dish comprised of tinned bamboo shoots in a sweet and sour gravy.

Dates: 10th July’17 (Monday) till 14th July’17 (Friday) & 17th July’17 (Monday) till 21st July’17 (Friday)
Time: Buffet Lunch – 12:30pm till 03:30pm
Buffet Price: INR 1000 + taxes
